Why start with small venues?
A small room changes the relationship between a performer and an audience. This conversation follows the festival team’s choices: shorter distances, time between performances and a programme that can be entered at more than one point.
What does a shared programme need?
The same information in several languages, an understandable route between venues and a clear distinction between the festival as a project and this year’s dates. A visitor should be able to read the story and then find the performance it describes.

And when the festival is over?
The interview stays useful as a record of the people and their approach. The event becomes part of the programme archive, while the venue remains a place to discover throughout the year.
